Your bid will be filtered according to the property criteria. If you haven’t been given a position number you will be placed on the ‘B’ List, which is a secondary list only. Please note applicants on the B-list will only receive an offer in the event the ‘A’ List has been exhausted and no one suitable has been found for the property.

Members will not be able to change the name of the main applicant. If you wish to make these changes, please write to the Homehunter Manager, Incommunities, 5 New Augustus Street, Bradford, BD1 5LL stating your reasons.

Before you can register a bid against a property, you will be required to enter your user name and password.

If you have forgotten your user name, please contact your local housing office who will be able to provide you with this information.

If you have just forgotten your password the system will prompt you with your password hint.
